Designed to ensure stable and accurate material feeding throughout the slitting process. Equipped with a shaftless unwinder and pickup reel loading system, it enables fast and efficient reel handling. The integrated web guiding system, controlled by edge or printed line detection guarantees precise web alignment and constant tension stability during production.
Designed to provide high cutting accuracy and maximum process flexibility for different materials and applications. It integrates circular shear knives and pneumatic crush knives to ensure clean and reliable slitting performance. The automatic positioning system enables fast setup changes, while a suction system efficiently removes edge trim, ensuring stable operation and improved production cleanliness.
Is fully automated to ensure high productivity, accuracy and efficient reel handling. It is controlled by predefined reel diameter or length, while the high-accuracy cross-cutting unit guarantees precise reel finishing. The system includes automatic core feeding, rewind shaft exchange, reel closing and ejection to the packaging line, minimizing operator intervention and optimizing production efficiency.
