Feeds the first substrate with precise tension control, ensuring stable and continuous web handling at any production speed. Available in shafted, shaftless, duplex shaftless, or turret configurations with automatic splicing for reliable and flexible operation.
Integrates multiple coating technologies for silicone, adhesives, primers, lacquers, and hot-melt applications, ensuring precise coating weight and uniform layer formation. Available as a stand-alone coating station or interchangeable chariot system for flexible and efficient reel-to-reel converting operations.
The coating is efficiently dried using top air blowers, top and bottom air systems, or flotation dryers. Heating options include natural gas, thermal oil, or electric heating, while integrated cooling systems with cold-water heat exchangers ensure precise temperature control and coating stability.
Delivers reliable performance using UV, UV LED, or IR technologies, adapting to different materials and production requirements. These systems provide fast, uniform, and energy-efficient curing while improving coating quality, adhesion, and process sustainability.
Feeds the second substrate in perfect synchronization with the entire line, ensuring smooth integration with the primary web. Available in shafted, shaftless, duplex shaftless, or turret configurations with automatic splicing for maximum production flexibility.
Designed to deliver reliable and uniform adhesion using wet or dry lamination technologies. It combines two or more substrates with precise control, making it perfectly suited for complex multilayer structures used in flexible packaging, barrier films, labels, and industrial materials.
Advanced web handling and surface treatment systems ensure stable coating and laminating performance throughout the production process. Precise tension control, web guiding and corona treatment improve process stability, surface energy and adhesion for coatings, inks and adhesives.
Designed to deliver high-quality, perfectly aligned rolls for downstream converting processes. The finished laminated material is rewound using shafted, shaftless or turret systems with automatic positioning control, ensuring accurate winding, stable tension and consistent roll geometry, preparing the material efficiently for the next production stage.
