The Dreamcut is a line of precision sheeters designed for use on a wide range of papers and boards. Specially conceived for converters it delivers accurate “press ready” sheets guaranteed to meet the demands of the printing and packaging markets. Dreamcut offers the best in precision sheeting and increased productivity with higher optimum running speeds, the capability of working with multiple reels as well as the highest flexibility on the market in terms of materials and run lengths.
Accuracy
The cutting section with its PLC controlled twin motor AC drive and synchronized knife action ensure the accuracy of sheets in both length and squareness.
Press ready
Accurately cut and flat sheets are delivered onto pallets for direct delivery to the printer or subsequent process without the need for further processing.

The Dreamcut line has been well proven to have the versatility and flexibility to sheet a wide range of papers and boards with an equally wide variety of finishes such as coatings or laminates.

Dreamcut Line
Dreamcut is offered with additional productivity and efficiency options including cut to register. The Dreamcut line has been specifically designed to reduce downtime by significantly increasing the efficiency of roll changing, pallet loading/unloading and format changing times. Higher productivity is achievable thanks to the “Non-Stop” automatic pallet discharge, automatic splice, slitting knife positioning systems and the touch screen setting for machine and format adjustments.

The Dreamcut Simplex is equipped with a single rotary knife system specially suited for sheeting papers and lighter weight boards. It is ideally suited for cut to register jobs and to place “in line” as part of a complete printing and sheeting line.

Dreamcut Twin
The Dreamcut Twin offers a wide range of benefits including its ability to sheet a wide range of papers and boards with an equally wide range of basis weights, calipers and finishes. The increased basis weight capacity of the knife system offers the potential for high speed sheeting of multiple reels at one time.
